Had them install a brand-new starter purchased from the dealership, but they didn’t install it correctly. I drove about 200 miles, shut my truck off, and it wouldn’t start again. I had to tow it to another shop, and they said whoever installed the starter clearly didn’t know what they were doing and messed things up. They also took forever to do an oil change. The “meckanic” took the seal off one filter, disappeared for an hour, came back to take the seal off another filter, disappeared for another hour, then came back and ate while staring at the filters for another hour 😂 Guess what, he disappeared again. I purchased PM premium package and sure they only did an oil change only. I asked the those “very nice receptionists” how much longer I had to wait, and they said, “It depends on that hidden meckanic.” 👀 Stop wasting time and money at this TA location or you’ll be surprised with another bill.

Avoid if possible, 22hrs 2 Airbags, constantly babysitting having to push to get parts ordered, double check work. If Willi wasn't there really a nightmare.

20 hours of waiting. I came and checked in at 12 noon. and my car was driven the next day. this is the worst experience. they said to wait 4 hours. I waited 20 hours. they ruined the new rims on my truck. this is the worst place. they don't have professional workers. I do not recommend this place. I love gas stations but this is the worst place I've ever been in the history of the USA. one star is a lot for them.
